UnoTumbler advised HealthAssure on their inorganic growth strategy, helping them plan, identify and assess potential acquisition targets for their consumer play. As part of the project, we worked with the founder and the senior team to anlalyze the target business, evaluate the business fit and the people fit between the two businesses. We also helped align expectations between the company and the target. As a successful completion of the project – company acquired FitMeIn which is a B2C health and fitness play. Post merger, this transaction has allowed HealthAssure to strategically expand into their B2B2C play.
